We’re so glad that you’ve found us on the internet, and that you’re keen to learn a little bit more about Hillview. It’s very difficult to express who we are on a few web pages, but hopefully the links down the left will help give you a sense of what we, as a church family, are seeking to be about.
Values:
Who are we? What do we care about? What do we want to flow through the life-blood of this church? This section seeks to answer some of these questions.
Vision:
Where are we heading? What is it that God desires for us? What excites us for the future? We know we’re never going to be perfect, and we’re barely scratching the surface of what we believe God has in store for us, but we have a vision of what He’s calling us to.
Leadership:

Membership:
If it’s true that we’re a family, what does it mean to be a member of that family? We see membership as a living, breathing and precious reality. In this section, you can have a look at our church covenant which forms the basis of what we understand church membership to mean.
History:
Hillview Community Church has a very interesting history. First planted in 1978 as International Baptist Church, God has been so faithful over the decades. This section gives a bit of that background.
